This is a general term referring to a group of related fungal skin infections. Some pretty nasty topical drugs are recommended, but my suggestion, and please don’t scream, is putting your own urine on the infection, frequently, until it is gone. Many of our patients at Hippocrates have reported better results with this cheap, plentiful remedy, than with expensive, toxic drugs.
